Mark Wynhoven
Mark Wynhoven formally an operations executive for optical company Luxottica entered the Commercial real estate industry in 2009 as a succession plan for his parents who are one of the 2 founding families of Ray White Commercial Toowoomba in 1999. Providing a great mentorship for Mark to build and maintaining relationships, Mark brought a significant set of skills to the business in commercial sales, leasing and development. Mark achieved a number of accolades in his early years, being Ray White Commercial’s national Rookie of the Year and high performance memberships throughout the Ray White Commercial group.
Mark, a very accomplished sportsperson in state squash and is married with 3 children all very much involved in local sports.
Mark excels at Commercial Sales and leasing putting together quite large list of successful development transactions including all the land for Northpoint Shopping Centre and Eastville plus significant sales including the James Cook Building for over $11million and leases from small retail tenancies to large industrial leases such as Iplex in Charlton with a starting rent of $1,250,000pa. The area of Mark’s forte while specialises in Toowoomba, covers most of the Darling Downs and surrounding area.
Mark believes that selling commercial property to investors is not over at settlement but requires good ongoing management and has explored efficiencies adopted by Commercial World to provide an exceptional level of commercial property management. This level of management is best provided with an experienced commercial agent at the helm with a finance support team for accurate accounting and lease management.
Geoff Percy
Geoff Percy has considerable experience in the real estate industry over the past 38 years and a background before that in sports stores and gym ownership. Geoff studied at The University of Western Sydney to gain his licence and owned his own business in NSW for 24 years dealing with Macquarie Bank and NSW Property commercial management of shopping Centres and government buildings.
Geoff moved to Toowoomba 14 years ago with his wife and two daughters and has been working in real estate and most recently Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
Both of these gentlemen feel there needs to be a change in the industries from the large franchises driven by money and lack customer service. To be successful and making money is great but it has to earnt through great customer service and repeat business.
